Kristin has earned the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, only 4% of 2 million REALTORS have this level of education, experience, and sales volume. In addition, she holds the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) and GRI (Graduate of the REALTOR Institute) designations. Recently, she received the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation which is helping to solve the foreclosure problem by knowing how to list and represent short sales.

As a former ski instructor in both Vail, CO, and Australia, as well as a San Francisco marathon runner, Kristin embraces the active, outdoor lifestyle of Arizona. Having lived and studied in Germany and Austria, she has traveled extensively throughout Europe and Australia.
