Patrick is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and REO specialist; assisting distressed homeowners with Short Sale alternatives to Foreclosure. Founder and Broker for California Real Estate & Mortgage, Patrick is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate to provide quality real estate services to his clients. Patrick is responsible for guiding the California Real Estate & Mortgage organization to achieve its vision and strategic plan objectives in all real estate operations. To help achieve Patrick's desire to provide exceptional service to his clients, he contributes vastly throughout the State of California.

Patrick holds a degree in City Planning from San Diego State University where he helped build and lead the Real Estate Society of SDSU (RES) and was recognized as the outstanding student of the year from the college of business. His professional affiliations include being a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the American Planning Association (APA) and the San Diego (SDAR), California (CAR) and National Association (NAR) of REALTORS®.
